Thank LXP for holding this exciting event. The reason I like the movie Don't Tell the Secret (不能說的秘密) is probably it's very different from the ones I've watched recently. Take a look at what movies I watched these days: on Sep. 16, watched Dragon War first, then a violence movie whose name I've forgotten; watched two violence movies The Brave One and In the Valley of Elah on Sep. 29, when 5 out of 7 movies are rated R at the theater; then watched another violence movie Lucky Number Slevin on Oct. 7.
The story in Don't Tell the Secret is so pure that it doesn't exist in real life. I'm not saying the traveling across time is impossible. I'm saying such pure love story is always only a story. Despite the story is not real, I still like the movie. Because when the real life is a mess, watching a movie with a perfect story is a kind of release. Concentrating on the perfect story alleviates all the pain in the real life temporarily.
Well, no feast lasts forever. The movie has ended and it's time to go back to real life. Before going back to work, I want to say that after watching this movie, I'm so fascinated by Taiwanese mandarin accent now. Wait... Maybe I was fascinated by Taiwanese accent before, because my favorite singer group S.H.E is from Taiwan. I want to use one of their songs to finish this essay:
