I can't believe the health insurance took care of all the medical fees

Receiving a statement of the doctor appointment, I saw the total of the fees is almost $400. However, fortunately, the number is on the line "It is NOT your responsibility to pay". And on the line "It it your responsibility to pay", it says 0.

I thought I should pay a portion, maybe like 10%, of the fees, but it's so surprising that the health insurance company paid all of them for me.
