On the new moon day of every month, people set up telescopes here to have star parties. Because of new moon, it will not be affected by the bright moon to watch the stars. In Chinese lunar calender, the new moon day is the first day of each month. Therefore, it is not a total coincidence that the star party yesterday was just on the Chinese New Year Day (the first day of the first month).
There's a high chance to see shooting stars there. Some people saw up to three that night. Although I saw only one and made only one wish, it's enough. However, when I was organizing the photos, I saw another one on a photo, should I make another wish?

You can see a shooting star in this photo, although it's not clear.
It is the North Star on the upper left corner.
