清鸡汤

今晚做的清鸡汤好正点,特记录下来。

材料:鸡块
调料:姜、盐
道具:炉子、瓦锅、勺子等

瓦锅盛水盖上盖子,放炉子上用大火烧开,接着放入鸡块和姜。待水再次烧开后,用勺子搅拌一下鸡块以防粘底。然后盖上盖子,炉子调至文火。等待一个半小时(可以去干别的),熄火开盖,清香扑鼻。用勺子舀去汤面的鸡油,放盐调味即可享用。简单又美味!

水开后放鸡块,煲汤后的鸡肉好吃,但汤的味道就差些,如果想汤的味道好些,也不太想吃煲汤后的鸡肉,可以盛上水时就放鸡块和姜。
