这是位于港岛西环的广州酒家的满汉筵席菜谱。满汉筵席起源于民国时期，民间将汉族与清朝宫廷筵席的菜谱混合而成。广州酒家于二十世纪初开业，今天仍是广州的知名酒家之一。
Menu of Canton Restaurant, 1930-1940s
This is the menu of Canton Restaurant located in Western district promoting its special offer of the Complete Manchu and Han Banquet. The famous Banquet was originated from the Republican period by merging the Manchu and Han imperial recipes together. The Restaurant was established in the early 20th century and is still in business.
